Refugee Project

Directed by Tim Robbins

“[The Actor’s Gang] leans towards the cutting edge, both in stretching the boundaries of the theatrical form, and in content”

- LA Progressive

Twenty people from different periods of history, of divergent origin, speaking languages we do not understand, flee from their hometowns and travel to the sea where they wait for a boat to take them to freedom. It is a story happening now and it is all of our story. This is a unique experience about the refugee crisis that you will find anywhere else in the Los Angeles theater community.
