The Ivy Substation, is listed on the National Historic Register of Historic Places as the Los Angeles Historic Cultural Monument No. 182. A rectangular shaped building in the Mission Revival style, it was built in 1907 as a traction substation by Los Angeles Pacific Railway. In the 1990s, the building was renovated to use as a theater.
